Home Retreat with Miranda: The Transforming Power of Ego Relaxation

During these challenging times, together may we ground ourselves in the Infinite Source, learn to be flexible with the winds of change, and turn everything that arises into the path of awakening.
Miranda’s vision is to integrate The Way of Grace teachings and practices with a specific emphasis on the themes that she feels will best support us given these uncertain times. In addition, Miranda will emphasize supporting inner peace and holistic well-being. Spiritual practices that reduce stress and cultivate equanimity is one of the most powerful positive things you can do to boost your immune system.
THE FORMAT (All times are in Pacific Time)
9.30 am – 12.30pm Monday 23, Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25, Thursday 26
9.30 am – 12 noon Friday 27 March
* morning meditation & mantra practice
* teaching session with inquiry practice in pairs
* interactive dialogue together – exactly the same as we would do in person.
AFTERNOON SELF-CARE TIME with specific deepening and self-nurturing recommendations from me. i.e. taking a walk in nature with a specific inquiry focus or work with a mantra. Taking healing baths at home (with recommendations on salts, aromatherapy and reading/ music), even recipes for cooking delicious nourishing immune boosting food (easy to make…and those of you who know Miranda personally know that she is a fabulous cook!).
EARLY EVENING SATSANG SESSIONS
5-7pm Monday 23, Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25, Thursday 26 March
Miranda will work with your most important questions and concerns in exactly the same way as I would in person, in the “chair”. The Zoom format is excellent for this.
